Additional requirements

Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91
Valid state driver's license and passport
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Commitment to Jet Access's values

Preferred

Experience in Part 135 or corporate flight operations with a managed fleet operator serving high-net-worth clientele
Demonstrated track record of mentoring and developing junior pilots in a professional flight operations environment
Familiarity with Avianis, ForeFlight Dispatch, or similar scheduling and dispatch platforms used in charter operations
Extensive international flight operations experience including ICAO airspace, overwater procedures, and customs coordination
History of participation in safety management system programs, audit preparation, or fleet standardization initiatives

Work conditions

Schedule

Four crew member, 8/6 rotation

Domestic and international trip sequences may require early departures, late arrivals, and multi-day operations away from base

Evening and weekend availability is required and routine; on-call periods are a standard part of the role

Workload management across active trip sequences, recurrent training requirements, and compliance deadlines demands strong self-discipline and organization

Level 10 Meeting and all-hands attendance expectations apply when not on trip assignment; communication with dispatch and scheduling is continuous

Compensation and benefits

Summary

Starting Base Salary $135,000 per year, plus generous per flight hour and performance incentives - up to $180,000 in the first year!
