Base salary of $149,500 with total compensation of over $175,000 first year
Daily and annual pay incentives, including:
Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $800 for SIC, $1,150 for PIC.
Holiday Pay: $800.
Domestic Per Diem: $75; International Per Diem: $120.
Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.
