Experience booking travel, hotels, and coordinating passenger logistics
Professional attributes- integrity, discretion, ownership mentality, communication skills, hospitality mindset, and attention to detail

Schedule

Our owners value work-life balance and strive to provide reasonable and predictable scheduling. Trip schedules are typically communicated 1-4 weeks in advance for planned trips.

While some last-minute trips will arise in the nature of private aviation, our owners are conscientious about the pilot's time and personal commitments. On-call expectations and blackout dates will be mutually agreed upon during onboarding.
