Additional requirements

Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and participate in 12-hour call, including evenings and weekends. Required to work for extended periods of time with few breaks.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with MTN motor vehicle policy. Must have reliable personal automobile transportation to be used with company reimbursement using IRS guidelines.
Possess manual dexterity sufficient to operate telephones, computers and all required airplane equipment.
OSHA Category III – No exposure to bloodborne pathogens while performing assigned job duties.
Home internet access may be required.

Undergraduate degree in aviation management or similar business/management concentration preferred

Work conditions

On-Call

Maintain an on-call schedule of a minimum of 5 days per month. Availability for call must be given to Corporate Pilot responsible for scheduling at least five days before the beginning of the next call schedule. Required to work for extended periods of time with few breaks.
