Additional requirements

Strong organizational, problem analysis and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to motivate peers and achieve cooperation.
Ability to work 20-22 shifts per month and participate in 12-14-hour duty days, including evenings and weekends. Required to work for extended periods of time with few breaks.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with MTN motor vehicle policy. Must have reliable transportation to be used with company reimbursement using IRS guidelines.
Possess manual dexterity sufficient to operate telephones, computers and all required airplane equipment.
Ability to speak and communicate clearly in order to accurately convey information whether in person, over the phone or aircraft radio.
Vision correctable to meet pilot qualifications.
OSHA Category III – No exposure to bloodborne pathogens while performing assigned job duties.
Home internet access may be required.
