Previous experience as an Aviation Director, Chief Pilot, Captain, or related air carrier management experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Must thoroughly be familiar with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Company Manuals, Operations Specifications, FAA and DOT regulations, and aviation safety standards
Must have demonstrated ability to accurately analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
Must be detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, and be capable of managing multiple tasks.
No chargeable accidents or violations
Valid driver’s license required
Overnight travel required, typically once a week
Excellent knowledge of Federal Aviation regulations and safety procedures

The Chief Pilot will provide day-today leadership for the pilot team to deliver excellent technical and operational performance needed to achieve department goals and the expected level of service. This includes training, aviation regulatory compliance, and aircraft operating standards to ensure safe, efficient, and timely air transportation for passengers.
