Additional requirements
- 4+ years' related work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Safety, Engineering or Aviation Management.
- Previous experience as a participant, or leader, of an aviation safety program.
- Experience with analysis of data and risk mitigation using statistical analysis, risk assessment and systems engineering concepts.
- Working knowledge and understanding of aviation safety programs, including Safety Management System (SMS), Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), and others.
- Baldwin Safety Software
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- PC Skills, including MS office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Stuart, FL.
