Additional requirements
Currently reside in, or willing to relocate to, greater Indianapolis, IN area (Relocation assistance available).
Prior experience leading a group of at least 25 or more pilots.
The Chief Pilot will be qualified through training, experience and expertise and, to the extent of his responsibilities, have a full understanding of the operation with respect to: aviation standards and safe operating practices, 14 CFR Chapter 1, Operations Specification, maintenance and airworthiness requirements, and the manual required by 14 CFR Part 135.21.
Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulations.
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email and web-based and/or mobile device applications.
Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Present a well-groomed appearance at all times.
Valid state driver’s license
Must successfully pass background check and drug test.
Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications.

Core Schedule
Variable office hours with some hybrid flexibility.
Approximately 5 flying days per month, as needed/scheduled.

Summary
Base salary of $175,000.00 – 225,000.00 (annualized), depending on experience, paid bi-weekly.
