Additional requirements
- Prior Chief Pilot or Director of Operations in a Part 135 Operation.
- Currently reside in, or willing to relocate to, greater Indianapolis, IN area (Relocation assistance available).
- Prior experience leading a group of at least 25 or more pilots.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
- Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email and web-based and/or mobile device applications.
- Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Present a well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Valid state driver’s license
- Must successfully pass background check and drug test.
- Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications.
Work conditions
Core Schedule
Variable office hours with some hybrid flexibility.
Approximately 5 flying days per month, as needed/scheduled.
Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Base salary of $175,000.00 – 225,000.00 (annualized), depending on experience, paid bi-weekly.
