- Current or previous C-17, C-5, KC-135 or C-130 piloting experience, preferred within last 3 years.

- 6+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 10 years relevant experience with High School Diploma
- Currently holding and able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have proven leadership skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
Preferred
- Experience in planning and executing Large Force Exercise training events.
