Experience with FAA 141 Training in Managerial, Assistant Chief or Chief roles within the last two years.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to interact with a diverse student body, along with varied customer base (current and/or prospective) while providing high level of customer service.
Capability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.
Effective communication skills with fluency in English, through both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Other software programs may be required, as needed.
Proficient in operating Flight Academy airplanes and flight trainers.
Skilled in using classroom equipment as necessary.
Contingent to employment, all candidates must pass a drug screening and background check, along with TSA badging-if required for your role.
