Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years experience substitution must be in related field.
Minimum of 1 year of consecutive ground instruction experience in a teaching/training environment, especially where the material is designed for adult (over 18 years old) participants, preferred.
Ability to speak confidently to large groups on technical subject matter
Holds advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Has leadership skills
Can provide a record of past teaching success

Ground Instructor Certificate with an instrument rating (IGI) and an advanced rating (AGI)
