Minimum requirements

ATP Certificate already in hand, with turbine or jet aircraft time logged
HS-125 Type rating and 250 hours in type, with training completed in the last 12 month
Prior Part 135 or corporate flight operations experience in a managed fleet environment
Experience operating internationally, including ICAO airspace, customs coordination, and overwater procedures

Currency

Completed initial or recurrent training on assigned aircraft type within the preceding 12 months

Additional requirements

Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations
Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations relevant to assigned routes Proficiency with digital flight planning tools, avionics systems, and web-based or mobile flight applications
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Familiarity with Avianis, ForeFlight Dispatch, or similar scheduling and dispatch platforms used in charter operations
Track record of exceptional client service in a high-end or luxury service environment

Compensation and benefits

Summary

Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - 85,000
