Additional requirements

Clean flight record
Valid Passport and ability to perform international flights without restrictions
Reside within one hour’s drive of Melbourne-Orlando Int’l Airport (MLB) in normal traffic
Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) for corporate aviation

Preferred

Bachelor’s or higher degree
Demonstrated ability to learn and to evaluate, share and accept new ideas
Even keeled temperament
Strong communication skills with proven ability to interface with executive leadership
A self-starter with a demonstrated aptitude for growth and a desire for development
Willing to travel on short notice with changing schedules, overnight, weekend, and holiday travel
