Nice aircraft, great colleagues
A tiring and demanding schedule, with salaries and conditions completely out of proportion. Due to a pilot shortage, the workload is high and the atmosphere is very negative. There are few career opportunities, and management expects maximum flexibility.
tteat staff like people and work professionally
Offer livable conditions. Many pilots leave aviation for a better lifestyle.
Very good operational standard. No pressure into questionable safety situations. Freedom to make operational decitions. Fuel etc
Variable roster. Pay way below industry standard.
Not sustainable not to offer competitive pay and benefits. For new hires company not necessarily seen as a long time career, but somewhere to build experience before moving on.
Consider options carefully.
Schedule (good work-life balance) Culture and mood (crew are happy and smiling most of the time) Facilities (crew bases available h24 with good rest areas, little kitchen, massage chairs etc)
Salary could be a little bit better, but it's not on the low side
There could be a little bit more standardization
learn the language and be prepared to fit in the Scandinavian culture, otherwise many of the pros will not be perceived as they are
