Company after Covid on defense will be dismantled into UK and European Companies later absorbed or sold to Wizz Air after the will
Stable roster with an average workload (personally flying around 500-600 hours/year pre-Covid, but that might vary depending on base), well maintained and relatively modern fleet, excellent training
Big company, not very flexible when it comes to accomodating individual requests, you're basically just a number - don't expect any sympathy. Lots of safety-based restrictions when it comes to flying, which takes most of the fun out of it.
Better communication with your employees - I learn of important management decisions through the press. Also ... trust your pilots, they're professionals who actually had to prove themselves - instead of applying blanket rules to make things excessively safe.
If you're looking for a stable company and good family life (home every night, decent rosters), this place is for you. If you're young and you're looking for exciting airline flying with good layovers, great destination, forget it.
