Good pay overall. Good for low hours pilots
Cons
Small aviation business, run as an air taxi or a problematic flight school, managed by HR locals teenagers. Flight operations is much better thou. There is no fatigue in this company. Designated doctors are not allowed to mention that on their leave notes.

Decentralize it.

Low pass and overshoot! Make the best out of it $, while you can; try always maintain things under the radar; it's a chinese company at the end, remember to be loyal to pcc, and au revoir!
