- Show a willingness and ability to mentor and perform training at or above FAA standards, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the highest safety standard
- Demonstrate competency in regulatory requirements for Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial and CFI certifications
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills and professionalism
- Industry experience

Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Anticipated salary range is $78-$90k with full State benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience. There is a potential to be eligible for an additional semester retention bonus.
