- A minimum of 1,500 hours of flying experience in multi-pilot aircraft operations
- Experience in Commercial Operations

- Training Captain or Check Pilot will be an advantage
- Experience as a simulator instructor
- Certification or experience as an Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) Instructor
- Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Instructor experience
