Responsible for evaluating candidate performance and compliance with Mesa Airlines, Inc. policies and procedures in accordance with appropriate Mesa Airlines, Inc. training programs
Demonstrates a high working level of aircraft systems and procedures.
Possesses the ability to recognize, identify, and correct any deficiencies in students' performance promptly
Displays a high level of professionalism in appearance and demeanor and is not combative with students
Possesses excellent organizational skills
Must comply with applicable requirements contained within the Mesa Airlines, Inc. General Operations manual and Check Airman manual which conditions are subject to change without notice
Must be able to accept additional assignments from the Manager of Flight Standards or Chief Flight Instructor as appropriate to assist in the development and revision of flight operations manuals and training courseware
