- Demonstrated experience delivering UPRT and spin training in a high-performance, single-engine aircraft.
- Strong understanding of applicable aviation regulations (FAA/EASA), flight safety principles, and instructional methodology.
- Excellent communication, evaluation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess student performance objectively and deliver constructive feedback.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, personal development, and safety culture.
- Must meet the medical standards for flight instructors as required by governing aviation authority.
- Ability to operate aircraft controls and perform in-air instructional maneuvers.
- You must be able to lift and transport training materials and equipment as required.
Preferred
- Previous instructional experience in a structured flight training environment preferred.
- Previous Military Experience and Aerobatic highly preferred

- Salary Range: $80,000 to 85,000 annually
