Additional requirements Demonstrated experience delivering UPRT and spin training in a high-performance, single-engine aircraft. Strong understanding of applicable aviation regulations (FAA/EASA), flight safety principles, and instructional methodology. Excellent communication, evaluation, and organizational skills. Ability to assess student performance objectively and deliver constructive feedback. Commitment to continuous improvement, personal development, and safety culture. Must meet the medical standards for flight instructors as required by governing aviation authority. Ability to operate aircraft controls and perform in-air instructional maneuvers. You must be able to lift and transport training materials and equipment as required. Preferred Previous instructional experience in a structured flight training environment preferred.
