Knowledge commensurate with providing modern airline initial and recurrent level training.
Possess the ability to mentor and train ab initio flight students.
Able to demonstrate suitable flying skills.
Should also be able to demonstrate trainer skills to a high level of conduct.
Able to use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
