Aircraft Pilot I - 5 years of experience in piloting single or multi-engine aircraft including 3,000 hours total flight time as a pilot in fixed-wing aircraft. Must have at least 3,000 hours total time as a pilot in fixed-wing aircraft, including 500 hours in fixed-wing, multi-engine, turbine aircraft and 500 hours in fixed-wing, multi-engine, turbine aircraft as pilot-in-command.
Aircraft Pilot II - 6 years of experience in piloting single or multi-engine aircraft including 3,500 hours total flight time as a pilot in fixed-wing aircraft. Must have at least 3,500 hours total time as a pilot in fixed-wing aircraft, including 1,000 hours in fixed-wing, multi-engine, turbine aircraft and 500 hours in fixed-wing, multi-engine, turbine aircraft as pilot-in-command.
Aircraft Pilot III - 6 years of experience in piloting single or multi-engine aircraft including 4,000 hours total flight time as a pilot in fixed-wing aircraft. Must have at least 4,000 hours total time as a pilot in fixed-wing aircraft, including 1,500 hours in fixed-wing, multi-engine, turbine aircraft and 800 hours in fixed-wing, multi-engine, turbine aircraft as pilot-in-command. Substitutions: Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis; OR, related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
