Position Overview: The Co-Pilot (First Officer) is directly responsible to the Commander (Pilot-in-Command) for the safe and efficient execution of assigned duties during all phases of flight. The role involves assisting the Commander with the operation of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and being ready to assume command in the absence of the Commander.
