The ADO must have at least three years of 121 PIC experience.

Additional requirements

The ADO must understand and be able to write procedures in compliance with the regulations (FARs) and must be able to research FAA DRS 8900.1, Advisory Circulars (AC), and any other FAA and DOT documents
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Work conditions

Schedule

ADO will work an office schedule primary Monday to Friday. The ADO will work a minimum of days in the office during the week but not exceed 5 days a week. Serve as Duty officer for a seven-day period once a month. Must fly or complete line or training audits equivalent to 16 hours and/or a minimum 3 segments a month with a minimum of 3 landings to maintain currency and Qualification.
