Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work varying hours including days, nights, weekends, and rotating holidays

Summary

Compensation: $160,000 to $180,000+
Compensation and 401(k): We pay using a base salary plus a flight-hour bonus model. We offer a 401(k) safe harbor match: dollar for dollar up to 3% of pay, and 50 cents on the dollar for the next 2%. Employees are eligible to enroll on the first of any month and are immediately 100% vested in all matching contributions
Medical Coverage: Three plan options including a 100% employer paid High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) as well as 85% employer paid PPO plan and Texas-based HMO plans
