Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
Must hold a current passport at time of hire.
Must be able to travel without restrictions to the United States.
Must have completed a high school diploma.
Must meet Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.

Work conditions
Commuting:
Pilots may commute from Gander NL or Deer Lake NL to PAL Aerospace’s primary operating bases in St. Johns and Goose Bay, with travel and accommodations covered by PAL Aerospace.
Rotational Schedule:
PAL Aerospace offers a rotational (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off), allowing for meaningful rest, travel, and family time away from work.
