Compensation and benefits
Summary
Salary: $83,540.64 - 94,123.86 per year
Rise Air offers a generous signing bonus payable once line indoctrination is completed!
$5,000 with a type rating within two years.
$10,000 with a current PPC.
$1,500 without a type rating in the last two years.
In addition to base salary, medevac captains receive the following:
25 per cent market supplement if the captain meet the company's minimum standards.
40 per cent market supplement if the captain meets the requirements under the Basic Aviation Risk Standards (BARS).
$100 medevac shift premium.
King Air captains who are flying Medevac flights will receive a $100 per shift Medevac premium. (Salaries advertised include the minimum 25% market supplement)
