Summary
Pay Range: $120,000-$138,000 for the first year - exact salary will depend on experience. Each year on your company anniversary, you will be eligible for an increase.
Two-Year Anniversary Bonus: $86,000
Monthly Stipend: $800 for travel and $200 for wellness.
Per Diem: $25 for a single turn, $35 for two or more turns, $50 for overnights, and $45 for training.
Schedule: a minimum of 15 days off per month with many overnights in base.
Time Off: accrued vacation, sick, and bereavement.
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k.
Additional Benefits: Aero-paid Known Crew Member (KCM) and Cockpit Access Security System (CASS).
