Additional requirements

  • Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations
  • Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations relevant to assigned routes
  • Proficiency with digital flight planning tools, avionics systems, and web-based or mobile flight applications
  • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Deep alignment with Jet Access core values and a genuine commitment to a culture of safety and excellence

Preferred

  • First Class Medical
  • Familiarity with Avianis, ForeFlight Dispatch, or similar scheduling and dispatch platforms used in charter operations
  • Experience operating internationally, including ICAO airspace, customs coordination, and overwater procedures
  • Track record of exceptional client service in a high-end or luxury service environment

Work conditions

About the position

Schedule is variable with 10 hard days off per month, charter demand, and owner travel requirements; flexibility is essential and expected - Approximately 25 flight hours per month.

Domestic and international trips may require early departures, late arrivals, and multi-day sequences away from base

Evening and weekend availability is required and common; on-call periods are part of the role

Workload management across trip sequences, recurrent training windows, and compliance deadlines requires disciplined self-organization

Level 10 Meeting and all-hands attendance expectations apply when not on trip assignment; communication with dispatch and scheduling is continuous

Compensation and benefits

Summary

  • Base salary $75,000 - $115,000 Jet Access Flight Crew Compensation Plan paid bi-weekly.
  • Variable compensation based on aircraft assignment and experience.
  • This position is classified as FLSA Exempt.
