- University degree, technologist’s diploma in science / engineering, or equivalent
- Sound judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Sound knowledge of the BFTOM, BAOM and all related documentation including, but not limited to, the S&P 3000
- Relevant experience in Safety-of-Flight and Safety Risk Management processes
Preferred
- A valid AME license (M1 / M2, E); an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English and in French
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
