As the Manager of CRJ Fleet Training, you have the chance to define our growing business by ensuring our incoming pilots receive the highest standard of training. In this position, you will oversee CRJ training which has over 150 CRJ instructors, working in four different locations, training 5000+ pilots annually. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with SkyWest Flight Operations leadership around the country. We are looking for a driven and visionary leader who is passionate about working in a team environment alongside the Director of Training. As our new manager, you will have the opportunity to delve into a variety of tasks, from data analysis to working one on one with our instructors.
