- Previous experience in Flight Training/Standards
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Superior knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and standards
- Strong team management skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to perform independently and communicate effectively within a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other coworkers, vendors, ALPA and contractors
- Must be discrete with sensitive and confidential information
- Part 121 Flight Operations Training knowledge
Preferred
- Four year college degree in related field
- Strong working knowledge of the contents of the B737 aircraft's operating manuals
- Project Management experience
