Starting salary: €11,000 gross per month. Annually the salary increases (on average € 300 gross per month) excluding indexation for inflation;
A permanent contract - taxes paid in The Netherlands, social security paid in Belgium;
Additional pay of €39 gross per block hour;
End of year allowance of 8% of base gross salary;
Holiday allowance;

Roster pattern - average is 4 days on/3 days off (no planned layovers);
