Summary

• Starting salary: €11,000 gross per month. In addition, you will receive a monthly extra allowance of €39 gross per block hour (this can amount to more than 100 hours per month). Annually the salary increases (on average € 300 gross per month) excluding indexation for inflation;
• A permanent contract - taxes paid in The Netherlands, social security paid in Belgium;
• End of year allowance of 8% of base gross salary;
• Holiday allowance;
• Pension scheme - employer contribution 10%;
• Loss of licence scheme;
• Uniform, carparking, medical examinations covered by Transavia;
• Roster pattern - average is 4 days on/3 days off (no planned layovers);
