- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience from Airbus operation.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Matters related to the crew that are outside the direct operation of the aircraft, such as HR, salaries, contracts, and annual leave requests, are managed by HR and Flight Crew Management
Job description
We are looking for you who is a motivated team player ready to join the team to become the best ACMI and Charter operator in Scandinavia. In this role you will be leading in developing processes, propose changes, and develop innovative solutions aligned with our sustainability goals and business plan.
You will be an important part of our flight operations team that includes Fleet Office, Operational Control Center, Fleet Chief Pilot ATR, Chief Cabin Crew and our Flight Safety Officer.
Work conditions
The position is based in Stockholm. It is a permanent, full-time role with a 6-month probation period.
The position includes about 40% of flight duty on our Airbus Fleet.
