- Salary: Annual average base salary 90000 EUR gross (includes 45 BH/month)

- Captain level 3 salary: EUR 11440 / mo. (8900 base, plus 2090 productivity, plus 450 duty trip compensation)
- All amounts presented before taxes. Tax rate in Latvia is approximately 33%.
