- Salary: Annual average base salary 52800 EUR gross (includes 60 BH/month), new remuneration is effective as of 01.01.2025.
- Captain level 1 salary: EUR 9790 (EUR 7500 base, plus EUR 1840 productivity, plus EUR 450 Duty trip compensation)
- Captain level 2 salary: EUR 10820 (EUR 8300 base, plus EUR 2070 productivity, plus EUR 450 Duty trip compensation)
- Captain level 3 salary: EUR 11440 (EUR 8900 base, plus EUR 2090 productivity, plus EUR 450 Duty trip compensation)
- All amounts are presented before taxes. Current tax rate in Latvia is approximately 33%
- Flexible roster with a minimum of 11 days off per month, with 2 blocks of 4 days off
