Work and pay conditions the worsest of all european low cost airlines with more than 150 aircraft.

High workload with low payment. During bonding time after release a cabin chief earns more compared to FO.

Pros
fleet is being renewed to neos, good command upgrade opportunities, reasonable salary for eastern european standards
Cons
unstable rosters, incompetent management, disorganized crewing and HR, newcomers get bad bases like Albania, Georgia. lots of employees are pessimistic, morale is at an all time low, high number of resignations
Advice to management
build a foundation for the upcoming fleet expansion and streamline processes in the office. improve communication between departments. stabilize rosters and rebuild the image of the company

If you dont care about where you work (initially probably Craiova, Suceava, Tirana or Kutaisi), if you dont mind being bonded to get a 'free' type rating for a320 this is the place for you. we fly 900 h a year. Good command upgrade opportunities. Good training

Pros
Pristine training, new aircraft, great SOP's and lots of upgrade opportunities. Extremely fair and down-to-earth management.
Cons
The money is simply too low to consider Wizz as a long-term employer. Schedules are pretty intensive, as one may expect from a ultra-lowcost carrier.
