A lot of corruption and disrespect, punishment culture, lack of support, always flying up to the limit, long duties, schedule changes, no benefits, no salary raises, no bonuses, salary delays, no temporary resident card and no support for family, no more 6x2 rotation only 3x1, ticket benefits were changed to points (20 points in 6 months, points are discounted depending on the flight time, the farther the destination more points are discounted)

The cost of living in Vietnam
Cons
Constant fatigue. Out of control local management. The only airline left in Vietnam making money. Narcissistic CEO.
Advice to management
Be proactive enough to hire enough people to cover the roster. The CEO needs to stay outbif FCD and not try to be a part of something he knows nothing about.

Many good opportunities around the world besides Vietjet

CORRUPTION, Low basic salary, no benefit, no support, bad commuting. Salary sometime delay

Be more supportive and friendly. Remember pilots are doing their job to support the company, they should have something in return

Better doing careful research before joining this airlines. Easy to join but difficult to leave. ONCE AGAIN, CORRUPTION is the most concern.

Tax free salary, easy to join, fast process to start flying, nice people, cheap country
Cons
No support for families visa, the process of getting work permit is difficult, buroecratic and lenghty, no benefits, no annual leave, commuting only 3x1, corruption, low basic salary.

Advice to future employees
Although it is easy and fast to join, if you wanna leave it's much more difficult as they require you to request it 4 months in advance, they require you to pay a compensation if you leave after a certain period of sim, they will only provide a letter of release and other documents 4 months later.
