Good training Good layovers A lot of good guys that deserve better
Cons
Low salary (compared to the industry) 0 careers opportunities You can be fire at any time They push a lot during training (in flight phase) with raw data at night and flying raw data in RVSM A lot of negativity You will feel alone if not speaking fluently dutch
Advice to management
Change your mentality, your known as pilot killer in the industry.. nobody want to go there anymore Give confidence to your pilot even if they are not belgium or dutch, the airline deserve better than that, wake up
