The friends you meet and the flying you do is second to none. The reviews on this site apart from mine have been fabricated by management. If you would like to see a more detailed review I implore you to visit the glassdoor reviews of this airline and make your decision based on that. This is not coming from a disgruntled employee. I loved my time at Susi Air despite the management's best effort to prevent that.
Cons
The management are inexperienced and have a draconian style of managing their employees. They make the lives of people that work for them hell. They have forced the resignation of countless pilots due to the fact that these individuals valued safety more than anything else.
Advice to management
Go back to working for louis Vuitton as a marketing manager. Finish Embry Riddle degree before starting to manage a aviation company.
Advice to future employees
If you can deal with the abuse that management will inevitable give you. The flying and the people you will meet is incredible. Good luck.

Good to elevate experience, flying into nice places and challenging runways, good international working environment, very high standard.

Pay relatively low for new FO, but quite competitive after upgraded
