Cons
There is no CRM, Captain is the GOD. Pilot selection is so different than another airline. There is no possibility for annual vacation in summer time.

Pros
Chance to start flying the 737 with no previous experience, salary in euro’s, fast upgrade oppurtunities, pick up and drop off from your residence, flight pay based on duty hours, no punishment culture/just culture
Cons
General level of English is weak, CRM below standard (captain is god culture), night flights, unpredictable rosters, short staffed, duty extension is common (again captain decides without considerings crews fitness to extend duties).
Advice to management
Main issue in the company is being short staffed and second issue is the weak crm in the cockpit (a lot of dominant and dictatorial style of management in the flight deck)
Advice to future employees
Good company to start and accumulate hours/upgrade
