Recommended to other Pilots Positive business outlookApproval of managementGood place to learn as a brand new pilot - you will see more technical problems with the aeroplanes here in a month than you will see in the rest of your career at another airline. It is a total embarrassment. e.g numerous aircraft running around for months with no APU in 30C+ destinations. Disgraceful.
Bogus self-employed contracts. Frequently pay salaries late. Lie about everything. Break all promises. Flying can be interesting./very challenging but the company is a terrible place to work. Came out bottom by a mile on recent pilot survey for good reason. Terminated 120 pilot contracts without warning a couple of months ago, despite having made promises to these staff.
Incompetent and dishonest - need to be replaced.

Unrespect - to Chief pilot 737 Diako NAZI . Good SIM expirience and EU Comfort flight. Afraid pilots and Real flight in Turkey. Safe board not give pilots answers - i didnt receibe any answers on my 4 Safety reports in SAW Base

Low and unstable payment. No guaranteed pay. No salary during winter. Tiring roster, frequent base changes. Low quality accommodations Unprofessional and untrained supporting office staff Pilots are not recognize by management
Recognize your Pilots. Give them respect and treatment they deserve. Be transparent.
Stay away from Smartlynx Airlines. It will be one of the worst decision of you career.

Rewrite manuals, clearly defined business plan, organizational issues, proper rostering, maximum workdays with stipulated days off per month, minimum wage guaranteed
If young and expecting a career I would stay clear and try to get on with a reputable airline.
