Low and unstable payment. No guaranteed pay. No salary during winter. Tiring roster, frequent base changes. Low quality accommodations Unprofessional and untrained supporting office staff Pilots are not recognize by management
Recognize your Pilots. Give them respect and treatment they deserve. Be transparent.
Stay away from Smartlynx Airlines. It will be one of the worst decision of you career.
