All Pilots worldwide they are interesting only for money and roster and be at home. So if covered 2of 3 must be happy

Multiple contracts for same position, mostly bad conditions not disclosed from start. Non supportive HR, poor training, management by fear, attempts of pressure to perform flights, disruptive schedules, pairing of low experienced crew members, marginal maintenance saved by new aircraft but fast downgrading.
Have no competence nor power to do anything good, only target is to squeeze the most at minimum cost, keep pushing that way and serious incident is around the corner. Best ones have left the airline already.
To be avoided as much as possible.
