(I hope)
1.- Not many benefits 2.- Nowadays, pilots typically fly no more than 50–55 hours per month, which results in significantly lower earnings compared to a 70–80-hour roster. 3.- They need to improve working conditions if they want to retain their pilots, as many of them are leaving for LATAM or abroad
Keep up the good work but please do more to retain your excellent pilots.
Great place to work, with plenty of opportunities for the future if the integration with Abra Group proves successful.
