Nothing positive to mention, this subsidiary is simply a transient place for new comers into aviation, and yet the culture is very mediocre
So many I do not have time to list them all, simply, avoid, avoid, avoid
Let AA run this subsidiary
Avoid
Direct entry bonuses
Horrible network, unsafe operation
Get out, AA should impose their standards
Find a better job, this avenue will ruin your career
Bonuses paid on first paycheck, they are however manipulated under supply and demand, I was paid only half of the contractual agreement.
Poor management, training dept, PBS sucks, ELOA programs in place for Sep, Oct/2024 with recession looming and old fleet company facing financial issues to match AA reqs
Fix the airplanes, stop putting band aids, deferring maintenance issues, crew Scheduling in chaotic mode, delays, delays delays and more delays, poor service to passengers and loyal members
Stay away from this organization the system stinks, over 5 Chief Pilots one per base, you put them all in a blender, you do not make half good, poor communication, poor lifestyle, pilots are overworked, poor balance of distribution of work
