Nice workenvironment, ok+ salary, almost all bases with good cla’s including lol, pension etc. Training dep is friendly.
Cons
Long upgradetime at some bases(10+ years), middle and upper mgmt in constant battle with unions.
Advice to management
Get better it-systems for rosterrequest, swaps etc.
Advice to future employees
Apply if you like friendly lowcost flying in europe.

Cons
Nothing works. Payroll is making mistakes every month which creates problems for expats and Norwegians. Management by fear at the highest level but pretend something else outside the company.
Advice to management
Fire all middle management which doesnt have any education, which is everybody.
Advice to future employees
Go there for the pay but the company is another Ryanair but in descise which is worse. Tried both and prefer Ryanair 10 out of 10…
