Very friendly atmosphere between pilots and flight ops management. Probably europes most friendly and helpful flight ops managers and those guys running the training department.
Somewhat arrogant upper management and extremely incompetent HR department putting stress on people needing parental leave or dealing with other issues. Cabin crew and pilots receiving silent punishments for minor mistakes.
Respect your staff and live up to your core values all the time and not only when it suits the managers. And be more friendly to your staff.
Avoid unless no other options. Low pay and uncertain future due to poor financials.

Many things that don’t cost the company money should be implemented but are not because they don’t see the value in doing it like open rosters so crews can arrange swaps.
