Most of colleagues are nice to work with, well respected at work. Training is good even if at times unrealistic.
Airline is completely disorganized, to get through induction is a nightmare it will take as long as 3 moths being left alone with no money in state structures where the bureaucracy is Orwellian. There will be a change of management often that can lead to use expats as a target to raise salary and therefore transfer them from one fleet to another. The expat contract is poorly done and full of gray areas. An exit permit will be given by the airline end can be revoked at any time. Expats will not fly to Europe but essentially do what locals are not willing to. Scheduling is poorly done and there is a system of corruption to have flights, plus vacations are rarely assigned and given.
Before hiring they should be clear, honest and respectful of future candidates.
Be careful as it's not a job for expats, locals don't want them.
