Outdated, homophobic and classicists employers. Very low income as pilot. New hires (if younger than 30 yo) can request government/regional economic help for renting as salary is very low and Madrid is very expensive.
Retire.
Consider other options if you want to work in Spain as pilot, unless you want to fly long range, in that case you only have this option or Air Europa.
